Refund policy

At Kupris Marketing LLC (Kupris Marketing), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, advertising, and consulting services. Because our work involves strategic planning, intellectual property, and time-based consulting, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy as outlined below.
1. No Returns on Services
Due to the nature of digital and consultative work, all services provided are non-returnable. Once time, strategy, or deliverables have been initiated, they cannot be reversed or “returned.”
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund only under the following conditions:

A written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase/payment.

No service work has been started, accessed, or delivered.

No audits, reports, or consultations have been scheduled or completed.
Partial refunds may be offered if service work has begun but is not yet fully completed, based on the unused portion of the service minus any administrative or platform costs.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

A project has already been partially or fully delivered.

A delay occurs due to client inaction, missed approvals, or lack of access.

A client changes their mind after the service has begun.

Results do not match expectations without prior scope discussion.
4. Cancellation of Ongoing Services
For recurring services (such as monthly ad management or consulting retainers), you may cancel your plan at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for work already completed in the current billing cycle.
